All clothing purchases are final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for any reason other than those expressly stated in this policy.

Reporting an Issue
To be eligible for an exception, you must:

Failure to report within this timeframe may result in denial of the claim.
Resolution
Once your claim is reviewed and approved, we will, at our sole discretion:

Issue a replacement, or

Issue a refund to the original payment method
We reserve the right to determine the appropriate resolution.
Non-Eligible Claims
We do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for:

Incorrect size selected by the customer

Fit, style, color preference, or buyer’s remorse

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by washing, drying, alteration, misuse, or improper care

Items reported outside the 48-hour window
Shipping

Return shipping is covered only for approved claims involving damaged or incorrect items sent by us

Original shipping fees are non-refundable
